![]() Nice idea, Ive thought about a controller for a while after seeing some clean builds with them. I paid 22 dollars for this->http /Works well with my high speed fans that run 5,200 rpms http /And if your fan is noisy i bet it might have dirt or dust in case might want to make a good clean sweep with an air can or air compressor. You are better off buying a cheap controller fan like i did.I hate speed fan be cause it is too much of a pain too setup. Am I missing something in the bios or software? Im a bit stumped. In fact the only fan that was affected was the CPU fan when I fiddled on the smart tab. Some 120mm's are connect to a 3 pin and others a four pin header, but neither seem to be responding. I also had some issues with speedfan, not being able to control anything. So apparently I cannot adjust fan speed through the bios according to the manual, and easy tune doesn't seem to be responding to my changes. Currently trying to throttle down a noisy fan on the rig, and unfortunately my GA-970A-D3 does not come with a fancy UEFI like all these new models now.
